GREENVILLE COUNTY, S.C. (FOX Carolina) – The Greenville County Planning Commission voted 8-1 Wednesday night to deny reconsideration of the proposed Owens Glen subdivision in Piedmont, marking the second denial in two years for the project that would bring hundreds of homes to the rural community.
