Former Homeland Security official believes Brown shooter’s identity is the key to capture

(WJAR) — Thursday marks day 5 in the investigation of the Brown University fatal shooting. NBC 10 spoke with a former Homeland Security official who believes the case will come to a close as soon as the culprit is identified.

Law enforcement has been blasting video footage of the person of interest walking around before and after the shooting.

Authorities have asked the public to help identify more video footage.
