Elliott Aster debuts new weekend brunch, and it’s a smash hit

Elliott Aster has received rave reviews for its dinner service since opening earlier this year at The Vinoy Resort & Golf Club, Autograph Collection (501 5th Ave NE), and its newest offering doubles down on the restaurant’s star power. Elliott Aster debuted a new weekend brunch last weekend, turning its culinary talent to the breakfast table.

We got a taste of the new brunch service on its opening weekend and came away highly impressed. The quality and creativity match the standards set by the restaurant’s popular dinner, while providing a new array of dishes and drinks for daytime enjoyment. Brunch is available every Saturday and Sunday from 10:30 am – 2 pm, and reservations can be made here.

The menu offers a nice mix of breakfast-style dishes and heartier lunchtime options, including a handful of variations on popular items from the dinner menu. Options range from sweet baked treats, French toast and a swoon-worthy beef cheek hash to seafood towers, burgers, steak frites and a grilled grouper sandwich, with plenty more to catch the eye in between it all.

Likewise, the brunch cocktail menu showcases a nice variety of traditional a.m. favorites like mimosas and a Bloody Mary alongside craft cocktails that can pair perfectly with the more savory options on the menu.
