As the city of Toledo looks to close the books for 2025, some members of Toledo City Council are getting anxious about the city’s remaining American Rescue Plan dollars.
The city received about $180 million through the federal American Rescue Plan Act. The dollars had to be appropriated by the end of 2024 and must be spent by the end of 2026.
