INDIANAPOLIS — Every week, you can find Valentina Sharp in line an hour and a half early at Mary Rigg Neighborhood Center’s food pantry.

“I can’t tell you the level of appreciation. It’s just something that you have to experience, especially if you’re living low-income,” Sharp said.
