TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) – The Greater Toledo area is a giving one and it shows. Thousands of you showed up for our annual Hope for the Holidays Toy Drive for the Salvation Army and the Marines’ Toys for Tots program.
We surpassed last year’s toy count. All in all, we collected more than 27,000 toys for local children in need.
After all the toys were counted and sorted, they finally went to local families Tuesday…
