TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) – More homeowners are coming forward claiming their properties were damaged when city crews demolished nearby nuisance buildings, leaving them with repair bills.
James Brewer owns a rental property next to 3301 N. Detroit Avenue. When he returned from vacation, he discovered the neighboring building had been demolished and his property was damaged.
