Mitchell Police arrested two males from Sioux Falls early Tuesday (Dec. 16) morning after an officer on patrol observed suspicious activity near a business in the 1100 block of E. Spruce Ave.
The Mitchell Police Department reported the officer noticed two males walking around a single vehicle while using flashlights. When the officer approached to investigate, the individuals attempted to walk away and then ran away when called back. Both were located nearby hiding behind a business, with one found inside a dumpster.
40 year old Joey Donkersloot is charged with obstructing law enforcement as well as arrest warrants from Brookings and Lincoln counties plus a bench warrant from Yankton County.…
