Northeast Ohio may be in for a flash freeze Friday morning, the National Weather Service says.
Temperatures are expected to plummet, falling from a high of 51 degrees on Thursday afternoon to 23 by 6 a.m. Friday. That rapid decline may result in icy conditions on untreated surfaces, the weather service said.
