100,000 gallons of sewage spill in Hendersonville maintenance accident

HENDERSONVILLE – An estimated 100,400 gallons of untreated sewage spilled into a Hendersonville waterway this week.

Much of the sewage reached Mud Creek, a tributary of the French Broad River that runs through the middle of Hendersonville, not far from downtown.
