YPSILANTI, MI — A plan for how to revitalize the largest developable property left in Ypsilanti is expected to emerge next year. City officials have laid out next steps for the Water Street Redevelopment Area, located along East Michigan Avenue and the Huron River.
With cleanup of a polluted portion of the 38-acre, city-owned property nearly complete, city officials are gearing up to find a developer to work with.
