The Peach Cobbler Factory, a dessert-focused franchise known for its wide variety of cobblers, puddings, and baked treats, is preparing to open in Charleston at 28 Woolfe Street.
Franchise owner Jody Bullock tells What Now Charleston that he and his business partner, co-franchisee Ben Sullivan, will open their first location on January 17. The new location will also feature an extensive premium coffee, espresso, and specialty latte menu, one of only a few Peach Cobbler Factory locations to offer this selection. Bullock also tells What Now that the franchise owners are planning to launch a food truck in Spring 2026, followed by a second location of The Peach Cobbler Factory in Mt. Pleasant by the end of next year.
Founded in 2013, The Peach Cobbler Factory has grown to more than 120 locations across 20 states. The brand is known for its warm, welcoming atmosphere and handcrafted desserts inspired by traditional “grandma’s kitchen” recipes.
