CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) — A Cleveland mother is sharing her heartbreak one year after her son died from an overdose involving a synthetic opioid — more potent than fentanyl — that flew under law enforcement’s radar for years.
Jerad Berry, 34, of West Park died Dec. 17, 2024, after his mother said he purchased pills online.
