DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) – An assistant principal was bitten by a dog during morning drop-off at Wright Brothers Elementary School on this Thursday. Thankfully, all students and staff members are safe.
According to Huber Heights City Schools, students were arriving when a dog from the neighborhood entered the school grounds. Officials said the dog was being aggressive.
“No students sustained injuries beyond scratches. One student fell while running away. Assistant Principal Matthew Steed was bitten, but did not receive major injury,” wrote Huber Heights City Schools.
