SPARTANBURG, S.C. (FOX Carolina) – The Spartanburg County Coroner’s Office has identified a 19-year-old who died after a single-vehicle crash in December.
The Spartanburg Police Department reports the crash happened on Farley Avenue near Cooksey Street on Dec. 7.
