MERIDIANVILLE, Ala. (WAFF) – One Tennessee Valley resident says she is scared to hit the road after a man was killed not far from her home after he was struck by an 18-wheeler.
Casey Carter is a long-time resident of the Meridianville, Hazel Green area. She said driving down HWY 431/231 is dangerous, and she is scared to get in her own car.
