KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) – Spirits were bright at East Tennessee Children’s Hospital as Knoxville first responders took part in their annual Shining Our Lights event Thursday evening.
The Knoxville Police Department, Knoxville Fire Department, Knox County Sheriff’s Office, the UT Police Department and Tennessee Highway Patrol all participated.
