Actress Devon Aoki and her husband now face a lawsuit after police say her husband allegedly hit a man on a scooter in Coral Gables and left the scene, sending the victim to the hospital.
James Hunter Bailey, 40, is charged with leaving the scene of a crash causing serious bodily injury and resisting an officer without violence, Miami-Dade jail records showed.
The victim, Jonathan King, lives in California and was visiting Miami with his girlfriend. On Monday, they rented scooters to get around and see the city, he told NBC6.
