SAN FRANCISCO (KRON) — A dog was seen running loose on the Bay Bridge around noon on Thursday. KRON4 News personnel spotted the dog running on the upper deck of the bridge, midspan.
According to the California Highway Patrol’s incident log, the canine, a dark colored German Shepherd, ran up the offramp onto the freeway around 11:56 a.m. The dog was spotted running against traffic.
