YORK COUNTY, Va. (WAVY) – York County Department of Fire and Life Safety are investigating a boat fire that occurred in the 1200 block of Waterview Road Monday morning.
The fire was reported around 8:40 a.m. Crew members arrived on scene and found smoke located in the enclosed cabin of a boat located in a boathouse. The boat was then removed from the docks to ensure the fire did not spread.
The fire was then extinguished after 10 a.m. Damage was limited to the boat and there are no reported injuries…
