RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) — Richmond’s Department of Social Services (DSS) recently announced an upcoming closure of its Marshall Plaza offices as it relocates.
Officials said the DSS offices located at 900 E. Marshall St. will be closed to the public starting Friday, Dec. 19 as the agency relocates to 300 E. Franklin St., where in-person services will continue in January 2026.
