RICHMOND, Va. (WWBT) – Volunteers and sponsors at the Salvation Army’s Angel Tree distribution center handed out thousands of gifts Wednesday, ensuring children and seniors in the community will have presents to open on Christmas morning.
“This is a meaningful day, that everybody’s spreading the joy of Christmas,” said Major Christine Kim, Area Commander for the Salvation Army.
