Kim Dubois Named Gamma Sigma Omega’s “Soror of the Year”

SPOTLIGHTING PINK AND GREEN EXCELLENCE

Kim Dubois was voted the 2025 “Soror of the Year” of Gamma Sigma Omega Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. Dubois received the prestigious award for her outstanding Black maternal health advocacy programs, voter education and voter mobilization outreach.

In addition to being a productive member of her sorority, she is also a leader in the broader community. She received an award from the National Association of University Women, Savannah Branch for distinguished community service and was also inducted into Top Ladies of Distinction, Savannah Chapter. She currently serves as Chairman, Telfair Museums’ Friends of African American Arts, the museum’s largest affinity group. She is also a member of the Telfair Museums Board of Trustees…
