TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WCTV) – The recent closure of a turtle hospital in Panama City means the Panhandle is without a facility that can treat an increasingly common sea turtle disease.
Wakulla County’s Gulf Specimen Marine Lab is now trying to expand to fight a common turtle disease called fibropapillomatosis.
