OKLAHOMA CITY (KFOR) — Fire crews battled a house fire Wednesday morning, and while they worked to put out the fire, a propane tank exploded. It was just after 2 a.m. when fire crews got to the home on Classen Boulevard.
“We had a small amount of fire coming out of a first-floor window that extended up to the balcony,” said Major Garrett, with the Oklahoma City Fire Department.
Crews said the fire started in the living room on the first floor, and they believe someone inside was trying to stay warm.
