Chicago firm buys Green Bay retail plaza for $25.3M. Here’s its plan

A Chicago area-based retail real estate company purchased the Green Bay Plaza shopping center and already started improvements to the longtime retail staple on Green Bay’s west side.

Core Acquisitions via a subsidiary company on Dec. 5 paid $25.3 million for Green Bay Plaza, 1505 W. Mason St., according to state property transaction records. The center had been owned by AAM – Green Bay Plaza LLC, of Newport Beach, California, for at least a decade.

The purchase includes the strip mall home to a variety of clothing, shoe and home decor retailers including TJ Maxx HomeGoods, Sierra and Skechers. Crunch Fitness opened in the plaza earlier this year, too…
