LINCOLN, Neb. (KOLN) – A Lincoln man who made several headlines for reportedly peeping into strangers’ windows in past years is back in court for allegedly violating his probation.
Joseph Reyna, 66, was arrested on May 11, 2023, after he was caught peering into someone’s window in the Havelock neighborhood.
On Dec. 1, 2023, Reyna was sentenced to 72 days in jail after being found guilty of unlawful intrusion. Upon release, he was ordered to undergo two years of probation in which he would have to serve three days in jail at the beginning of each month.
On Sept. 22, a Lancaster County attorney filed a motion to revoke Reyna’s probation and sentence him again, court documents show…
