BATON ROUGE, La. (WAFB) – U.S. Marshals arrested a 20-year-old man Wednesday in connection with the fatal shooting of Southern University student Donovan Pugh.
Zion Buck was arrested in Clayton, Louisiana, about 30 minutes from Natchez, Mississippi. He is charged with first-degree murder, home invasion, and armed robbery.
