SHAWNEE, Kan. (KCTV) – Flames shot from the top of a 3-story apartment building as firefighters battled the blaze for more than an hour.
The Shawnee, Kansas, Fire Department says the fire broke out around 5:30 p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 18, near 75th and Garnett Ave.
