ROCKFORD, Ill. (WIFR) – June Davis avoids stepping outside a bus shelter amidst a downpour. In the minutes before her ride arrives, she shares her experience of reaching the stop along Rockford’s Auburn Street.
Davis recounted stepping over mounds of snow and ice to end up at the stop near Auburn and North Central Avenue.
