ABILENE, Texas — Gerard E. Carrino, dean of the Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center’s School of Population and Public Health, will be inducted into the National Academies of Practice (NAP) as a Distinguished Fellow of the Public Health Academy.
The NAP is a non-profit formed of medical professionals who advise the government on healthcare issues and advocate for best policies in the medical field.
