BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — A Buffalo man was given 25 years to life in prison Thursday after he shot and killed a man last year, according to the Erie County District Attorney’s Office.
Around 11:30 p.m. Sept. 6, Alfonzo Quinney, 49, shot and killed 28-year-old Elijah Mingo on the 100 block of Northland Avenue.
