Military aircraft lands at Charleston International Airport with collapsed nose gear: officials

NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCBD) — A military aircraft landed at Charleston International Airport with a collapsed nose gear on Thursday night, according to officials.

Joint Base Charleston Public Affairs said the incident involving a C-17 Globemaster III assigned to the 437th Airlift Wing happened around 8:30 p.m. No injuries were reported.
