St. Jude the Apostle Parish has launched a formal refund process for individuals who purchased tickets for the 2024 Winavette Car Raffle. The parish announced that refunds will not be issued through the original payment method; instead, all refunds will be processed by check.
To verify purchases, the parish will accept multiple forms of proof, including ticket numbers, purchase dates, amounts paid, email receipts, or other transaction details. For cash purchases, participants are asked to provide as much information as possible, such as location, approximate time, and number of tickets purchased.
