The murder trial for the former Decatur Police officer charged with killing a man, Steve Perkins, in his front yard in 2023 during a vehicle repossession is being pushed back again.
Recently filed court documents show Mac Bailey Marquette’s new trial date is set for June 8, 2026 at 9 a.m.
