SAN DIEGO, Calif. (FOX5/KUSI) — As the holiday mailing deadline approaches, postal carriers across San Diego are working through their busiest week of the year, delivering millions of packages as last-minute shoppers rush to get gifts to loved ones on time.

In the North Park neighborhood, letter carrier John Marones is feeling the pressure and the holiday spirit.
