BEAUFORT COUNTY, S.C. (WSAV) — Beaufort County has officially settled with Redfish Holdings LLC on an agreement, acquiring operations of Melrose Landing, the island’s main ferry service loading dock.
The $1.4 million purchase will take over operations on the landing and docking facilities, as well as everything to the northeast of the main pier head. Redfish Holdings will continue operations to the southwest.
