FSU Rises to No. 12 in National Rankings

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. – The Florida State men’s swimming and diving team has moved up to No. 12 in the CSCAA Division I December Poll, the College Swimming and Diving Coaches Association of America (CSCAA) unveiled on Thursday.

The Seminole men rose four spots from No. 16 in November. The team opened the year at No. 18 in October’s first monthly poll. FSU is one of eight ACC teams in the top-25, and another is receiving votes.

As a team, the last month for Florida State was highlighted by a third-place finish at the highly-competitive Georgia Invite from November 18-21. Facing five top-20 opponents at the time, FSU notched seven individual top-five finishes with three top-10 times in school history.
