Deputies picked up 65-year-old Elgin Wayne Blanton Wednesday at 4:50am for a Parole Violation. Potter County charged Nolan County Inmate Jessica Nicole Bull, age 43 with Possession of a Controlled Substance Penalty Group-1. Deputies arrested 43-year-old Eliasar Hilario Cerda Wednesday at 6:14am in the area of US Highway 60 and Avenue I for an Out-Of-County charge, bond was set at $50,000. Randall County inmate Rudy Villarreal, Senior was charged by Potter County with Tampering with an Electronic Monitoring Device and a Parole Violation.
