BENTON, Ark. – Hundreds dreamt of it; only some achieved it. After months of hard work, blood, sweat, and tears, 49 recruits became a part of the Arkansas State Police Thursday evening. Including five women, the most since 1998.
It was a full-circle moment for Major Stacie Rhoads, who was a part of the ‘98 class.
”It’s kind of one of those things, I’ve been waiting for it for a really long time,” Rhoads said.
