Shreveport teen Max Chambers is a star in the making. I don’t think that’s hyperbole or blowing smoke, either. He was this year’s sensational stand on this season of NBC’s The Voice. While he didn’t win the big prize, he did make it to the season finale and ended up in 5th place.
Not too shabby for a 14 year old, if you ask me. I know what I was doing at 14…and I can assure you it wasn’t ‘WOW-ing’ a national TV audience. Not even close. But, I guess we should have seen this coming from Max. The one time Caddo Middle Magnet student won both “Best in Show” and “People’s Choice” for the 2023 Artbreak’s Got Talent competition. Oh, and he played young Michael Jackson in the Broadway production of MJ.
