Dozens of people speak out in St. Paul after immigration activity, tense encounter with PD

ST PAUL, Minn. — Dozens of people packed the St. Paul City Council chambers Wednesday evening, for one of the full council’s last meetings of the year.

At nearly a dozen pages long, there was much for the council and public to discuss, but one topic seemed to be on the mind of the majority of attendees: The ICE activity and response from the St. Paul Police Department on November 25.
