AUSTIN (KXAN) — The Travis County Sheriff’s Office on Friday morning arrested 36-year-old Joseph Muniz after a shooting at a home in the 2500 block of Forgetmenot Lane. That’s near the intersection of East Howard Lane and Dessau Road.
Attorney information was not available for Muniz’s case as of Friday morning. When the information becomes available, KXAN will reach out to the attorney for a statement and update this story when or if a statement is provided.
TCSO said the call came in at 2:34 a.m. on Friday.
The caller reported that after an altercation, he had shot a friend who was visiting his home. Once deputies arrived at the scene, they found a man in his 30s with obvious injuries, and he was pronounced deceased at 2:49 a.m., according to authorities…
