SANDY, Utah (KUTV) — A Sandy family says they and their neighborhood are being terrorized by masked troublemakers.
Videos show several instances over the last month and a half of what appear to be teens banging on their door at night, their window at 3 am, and even exposing themselves so that even their teenage daughter sees it.
