WEST VALLEY CITY (ABC4) — ABC4 has obtained police body camera footage of an arrest at a Raising Cane’s in November, where a man allegedly took an officer’s taser and attempted to use it on police.
Olivero Munoz Caballero, 47, was charged with aggravated commercial obstruction (a second-degree felony), disarming a police officer of an energy device (a third-degree felony), possession of a controlled substance, assault against a peace officer, assault, criminal trespass, and interfering with a police officer.
According to charging documents, Munoz Caballero entered the West Valley City Raising Cane’s on Nov. 10, barefoot, and claiming he had been robbed.
