TUCSON, Ariz. (13 News) – The Marana Town Council has approved the lease agreement for the Downtown Marana mixed-use entertainment district.
On Dec. 16, the lease and development agreement with Marana Urban LLC. was given the OK by the council and mayor.
“This enables the company to move forward with the next steps toward developing the 19 acres of town-owned property located east of Marana Main Street and north of Civic Center Drive,” the town said in a news release…
