David Farley, the former West Linn doctor charged with 11 counts of sexual abuse and unlawful sexual penetration earlier this year, has received five additional charges from the Oregon Department of Justice.
The new charges, first reported by OPB, bring the total to 16. In October, Farley pleaded not guilty to the first 11 counts. Earlier this month, the beginning of the criminal trial was delayed until 2026.
