ANN ARBOR, MI — Another high-rise apartment development is about to break ground in Ann Arbor, just steps away from the University of Michigan campus.
Georgia-based Landmark Properties, which recently completed the 19-story Legacy high-rise behind the Michigan Theater, has announced construction will begin imminently on The Metropolitan at 1208 South University Ave.
