CINCINNATI (WKRC) – Dozens of community members in Northern Kentucky are experiencing the joy of Christmas a little early this year, thanks to a group of Santa’s helpers. The initiative, part of the “Be a Santa to a Senior” program, aims to deliver special gifts and messages of glad tidings to older adults in the area.
Michael Lyons, a recipient from Covington, expressed his gratitude, saying, “I wasn’t a saint but I feel like I’m a good person and I’ve got God in my life.” The program kicked off earlier this week with a wrapping party at the Northern Kentucky Area Development District.
