CLEVELAND, Ohio — A Cleveland man robbed a U.S. Postal Service letter carrier at gunpoint and stole a blue-box key that he used to steal checks across East Side suburbs, according to federal investigators.
Je’Vion Tolliver-Maddox, 21, cashed at least five forged checks after stealing checks from blue boxes, including ones in front of post offices in Richmond Heights and Bedford.
